Successfully relaunched, happy, wild, and free in coastal North Carolina. I’m a full time husband to the woman of my dreams and dad of two great, adult kids.

Carrie and I have our own consulting company (3pointO LLC), working only for people we like on worthy projects. I enjoy work as a part time executive consultant, part time health-life coach (HCI Certified), part time international medical repatriation, part time volunteer fire department-fire police, and occasional fly fisher.
