Exercise is great for Social Distancing
Exercise and sanity will get you through the pandemic. Distancing can be social and exercise can facilitate that.
I have been an avid runner for most of my life and now mix that up with biking. I run or bike for exercise regularly and look for many opportunities to participate in organized races in connection with both. A fitness regimen is even more important in my 'relaunch'.
